Grape D (Diesel)

(GDP x Sour D) x Cali Grape
Breeder: Purple Caper Seeds
Description:
Grape D is one of the most popular strains we have. It has it all! Huge yields, dark purple color, super frosty, amazing fruity smell. This strain has all the qualities you want all wrapped up into this amazing package.
While Grape D grows like a solid indica (similar to GDP) its high is more like a hybrid 50/50 (sativa/indica). The smell and flavor of this strain really sets it apart from most purples!

The best way to grow this strain in our opinion is to run it in a Sea of Green (SOG) style grow where you plant a large quantity of plants in a small space and flower them early to keep them small. Most aeroponic units are perfect for this strain and employ a similar plant count to SOG methods. This keeps your vegetative time down and keeps you harvesting every two months or so! Do the math on this one and you can see how an extra harvest or two per year can really make up for the extra cost of clones.

Grape D does well outside as well. Its great for people who are worried about the total plant height. This one will stay short and won't grow over your fence! Its also one of the first strains to be harvested so if your running multiple stages of harvesting or just want to get your crop in before everyone else then this is the strain for you!

Grows: Indoors/Outdoors

  • Huge Yields
  • Great for SOG, SCROG, Aeroponic grows
  • Turns purple with ease
  • Dense buds with HUGE colas
  • Can be pulled as early as 7 weeks

Disadvantages of this strain:
